These terms are the rules for using Taxi Hub. By using the app you accept them, together with the privacy policy.

The service

Taxi Hub helps taxi drivers record their work shift and see their own reports, expenses, goals and maps. The app gives information and estimates; it does not give financial, tax or legal advice, and the decisions about the work are yours.

Your account

• The account is personal: one driver per account. Do not share your password.
• The account works on one phone at a time. Signing in on another phone signs out the one before, which first sends what it still had to send.
• Keep your password safe. What is done with your account is your responsibility.
• You can ask for the deletion of your account and data at any time (see the privacy policy).

Your data

What you register in the app is yours: rides, fares, expenses, cars and notes. The privacy policy explains what is collected, what for and who processes it.

What you share with other users

• When you register a fuel expense at a gas station found on the map, its price per liter, the fuel, the day and the station are published, anonymously, for every driver, on the fuel prices map.
• By registering it, you allow this publication. Register only prices you actually paid.
• The prices on the map are seen by drivers and may be wrong or out of date. The cheapest per liter is not always the cheapest per km: the quality of the fuel counts too. Taxi Hub does not guarantee them.
• Do not register false prices or try to harm a station or other drivers. We can remove contributions that break these terms.
• The radar is not a ride-hailing service: a passenger only says she wants a taxi, and a taxi only shows that it is free. Nobody books, pays or promises a ride through the app; the trip is agreed on the street, as always, between the passenger and the driver, who are responsible for it. Do not say you want a taxi without wanting one, nor use the radar to follow anyone.

Recording the passenger

The interview (premium plan) is only recorded with the passenger's verbal consent, asked by you at the start of the recording. Asking for it, and respecting a "no", is your responsibility.

Plans

• The free plan has the features described in the app. The free trial unlocks the premium features for the days shown in the app, from your first START.
• Premium is bought through Google Play or the App Store, with their prices and rules for renewal and cancellation.

Driving safely

Use the app only when it is safe: stopped, or with taps as short as possible. Traffic laws always come first.

Limits

The app may have errors, stay without network or stop for a while. Your data is kept on the server, but keep in mind that the reports and estimates are a guide, not an official record (e.g. for taxes).

Changes

When these terms change, the app shows the new version.
